Intro phase of training to better understand athlete training patterns and habits before we get into specific work intended for the individual. The goal of this phase will be to look at SBD work as more of a skill as opposed to expressing top end strength. Huge emphasis on our accessory work this phase to ensure we're developing and building the qualities needed to bolster our SBD
