Messaging is available on Pro ($29/mo) and Expert ($79/mo) plans. Basic plan coaches can communicate through external channels while using IronCoaching for programs and client management.
Not currently. Messaging is coach-to-athlete within the IronCoaching web platform. Athletes access messages by visiting the IronCoaching website or via the IronLedger app's coaching tab (coming soon).
Video messaging with timestamped annotations is available on the Expert plan. Athletes upload form check videos, and you annotate them with precise timestamp-linked feedback.
Messages are stored securely in Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring only the coach and connected athlete can access the conversation.
