Log Workout

The Log Workout page lets athletes record a completed workout after the fact. It’s designed for manual entry — there’s no real-time timer or live tracking. Just enter what you did and save.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Log Workout in the sidebar
  2. Select the session date (defaults to today)
  3. Add exercises using the exercise picker
  4. Enter your sets — weight, reps, and optionally RPE and notes per set
  5. Add session notes if you’d like
  6. Click Save Workout
The estimated 1RM (e1RM) column auto-calculates as you enter weight and reps, using the Epley formula. This helps you track strength progress in real time as you log.

Adding Exercises

Click + Add Exercise to open the exercise picker. You can:
  • Search the built-in library of 200+ exercises
  • Filter by muscle group or category
  • Create custom exercises on the fly
Use the up/down arrows to reorder exercises. Click the trash icon to remove one.

Sets

Each exercise starts with 3 empty sets. For each set, enter:
FieldDescription
WeightThe weight used (in your preferred unit)
RepsNumber of reps completed
RPERate of Perceived Exertion (optional, 1-10 scale)
NotesPer-set notes (optional)
Click + Add Set to add more sets, or the x button to remove one.

Saving

When you save, any set with both weight and reps filled in is automatically recorded. The system checks for new personal records (PRs) — if you hit a new PR, you’ll see a celebration screen.
Your workout is saved as a draft in your browser as you work. If you navigate away and come back, your in-progress workout will still be there.

Logging From a Program

If you have an active program assigned by your coach, you can also log workouts directly from the Programs page. Navigate to your program, pick a day, and click Log — the exercises will be pre-filled from your program template.
