- Select the session date (defaults to today)
- Add exercises using the exercise picker
- Enter your sets — weight, reps, and optionally RPE and notes per set
- Add session notes if you’d like
- Click Save Workout
Adding Exercises
Click + Add Exercise to open the exercise picker. You can:- Search the built-in library of 200+ exercises
- Filter by muscle group or category
- Create custom exercises on the fly
Sets
Each exercise starts with 3 empty sets. For each set, enter:| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Weight | The weight used (in your preferred unit) |
| Reps | Number of reps completed |
| RPE | Rate of Perceived Exertion (optional, 1-10 scale) |
| Notes | Per-set notes (optional) |
Saving
When you save, any set with both weight and reps filled in is automatically recorded. The system checks for new personal records (PRs) — if you hit a new PR, you’ll see a celebration screen.Your workout is saved as a draft in your browser as you work. If you navigate away and come back, your in-progress workout will still be there.
