Review your athletes’ training week, record video feedback, generate AI-powered summaries, and deliver structured reviews — all from the client detail page.
When viewing an athlete’s session in a review (or anywhere the session card appears), each set row shows one of three states so you can tell at a glance what actually happened:
Icon
State
Meaning
✓ green
Completed
The athlete ticked the set as done
✕ pink
Skipped
The athlete entered values (weight, reps, RPE/RIR, or notes) but didn’t tick the set — they engaged with the row and chose not to complete it
− muted
Not logged yet
The athlete hasn’t touched the row at all — either still mid-session or the session was abandoned before reaching this exercise
Hover any row for a tooltip that spells the state out. The distinction matters when checking adherence: skipped is a deliberate choice, not-logged is “we don’t know yet”.
Deep Dive — All 8 sections. For end-of-block or prep check-ins.
Manage templates in Dashboard > Settings > Review Templates. You can duplicate, edit, and create custom templates. System templates can be duplicated but not deleted.
Each section has a Share toggle that controls whether the athlete sees it. Use this to keep analytical sections (like volume trends) visible only to you while sharing the coach video and text notes with the athlete.
The Clients Ready for Review widget on your dashboard shows which athletes have unreviewed sessions this week. Click a client to jump directly to their Reviews tab.
The review appears in their Reviews page in the client portal
Athletes see only the sections you chose to share (via the template’s Share toggles). They can watch your video with transcript, read your notes, and view the AI summary.
