Daily Totals Card
The daily totals card on the athlete dashboard shows the day’s running protein, carb, fat, and calorie totals — and how those compare to today’s target macros.
What It Does
The card sits on the athlete’s home dashboard and updates in real time as meals or quick-add entries are logged. Each macro shows:
- Current total (in grams, plus calories for the day)
- Target (pulled from the active nutrition plan, training-day vs rest-day aware)
- Remaining or over delta
- A progress bar that fills toward 100% of target and shifts color when over
If the athlete has no active nutrition plan, the card shows running totals only — no targets, no deltas.
How to Use It
The card is read-only — it surfaces what’s already been logged. To add to it:
- Tap + Quick add for a fast macro entry
- Tap Log meal to open the full meal builder
- Tap any logged item to edit or remove it
Who It’s For
Available to all athletes. Targets only appear when the athlete’s coach has assigned an active nutrition plan; otherwise the card runs as a passive tracker.
The training-day vs rest-day target switch happens automatically based on whether the athlete logged a workout that day. Athletes who train at midnight should log the session before checking macro targets to get the right numbers.
